Valeria’s Building Services was founded in 2014 with the belief that no one making an honest living should struggle to earn a living wage.

Our founder Fabian previously owned a construction company in Florida until the 2008 recession hit. 

Unable continue, he had to terminate his company and move to Austin,TX to start all over. As he re entered the janitorial world that he had been a part of previously, he quickly discovered that the low pay had become even lower with Franchises and business owners only paying 20-40% of the contracted amounts to people they subcontracted to while keeping all the other profits and offering the teams at the sites minimal to no support.

He firsthand witnessed as business owners never visited their sites and placed pressure on their low paying workers to meet their perfect standards leading to a high turn over rate. 

With this in mind he began Valeria’s Building Services, paying his associates above average living wages and having a hands on approach to not only all his contracts but to his people who make it happen.

In time VBS grew through word of mouth leading to more contracts and a larger workforce. To this day every single associate that completed their 90 day trial period successfully has remained a part of our company to this day.
